At Doulas Care, we’re passionate about removing barriers to doula access and giving back to the Downriver and surrounding communities through compassionate birth support and meaningful community outreach. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every birthing person has the option of a doula as part of their care team.
As a birth doula, I accompany people in labor to help ensure a safe, supported, and satisfying birth experience. I’ve completed professional training approved by DONA International and bring hands-on experience, empathy, and encouragement to each birth I attend.

I’ve also personally given birth with the support of a doula—an experience that inspired me to offer the same empowering care to others.
My path to becoming a doula began with my own pregnancy. Navigating the challenges of finding the care and resources I wanted made me realize how deeply every birthing person deserves accessible, personalized support. I believe that birth is a unique and transformative experience, and every individual should feel informed, heard, and uplifted throughout the process.
I’m a wife to my wonderful partner in life and a proud mom to three boys and two fur babies. I also work full-time in the tech industry as a consultant. Outside of my doula work, I’m actively involved in the Grosse Ile and surrounding communities. My husband is a Trenton native, and we moved from Chicago to Downriver to be closer to our extended family and raise our children surrounded by love and support.
Doulas Care is for everyone. I welcome and support all birthing people, regardless of individual circumstances or birth plans. Whether you’re planning a natural birth, an epidural, or a cesarean, I’m here to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported—every step of the way.
